PDPL / UAE alignment
Processing for Saudi and UAE tenants is limited to operating the product, security, billing and support. Sub-processors are used for infrastructure and messaging; we keep processing purpose-limited and do not sell personal data. Request our current sub-processor list via support when contracting.
Transfers and security
Data is stored in isolated tenant schemas with role-based access, audit trails for sensitive actions, and TLS in transit. Cross-border transfers (if any) follow your contract and hosting region selection.
